My time at Banana Life has been an exhilarating journey filled with joy and fulfillment. Hosting events, where I've stood before thousands, has been an incredible experience, each moment brimming with excitement. I’m proud to have successfully run 563 events that include major companies such as Samsung, Google, Amazon and Johnson & Johnson.

Project Management

In my role at Q & A Research, I successfully coordinated five departments with over 150 staff, ensuring they met KPIs and budgets in a high-pressure environment. Reporting directly to company owners and Directors, I managed hiring, performance, and rosters. I conducted various training sessions and implemented new systems for enhanced efficiency, including data and resource management tools.

Some highlights included overseeing National Exit Polling. Co-ordinating a team all over Australia on Election Day Retrieving and collating the data to send to various news outlets across Australia for that same evenings broadcast. We successfully predicted election results to 0.5% accuracy
